Acceptable use
You agree to use DarnaCRM only for lawful business purposes, to keep your sign-in details confidential, and not to try to access other agencies' data.
Subscription and billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually as agreed. You can cancel at any time from Settings; we don't refund unused time in a paid period.
Your data
You own the data you enter into DarnaCRM. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or erase it at any time.
Third-party services
WhatsApp, email, Instagram and other integrations are provided by third parties. Their use is subject to those providers' terms, and we can't guarantee their availability.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll tell the owner of each agency's workspace about material changes by email.
