Summary

DarnaCRM is a multi-tenant SaaS for service businesses across real estate, automotive, healthcare, education, travel, and home services. When you use the platform, your tenant controls the data about contacts, opportunities, deals, and communications. We process this data on behalf of your tenant as a data processor.

What we collect

• Account info: name, email, hashed password, role, preferred language.
• Operational data entered by your tenant: contacts, inventory, deals, activities.
• Communication logs created when you send messages through integrated providers.
• Basic telemetry: request logs and errors, used to keep the service reliable.

How we use it

To provide the service, secure your account, and improve reliability. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your tenant's operational data to train third-party models.

Data residency & retention

Data is stored in managed PostgreSQL with encryption at rest. Agencies can request export or deletion of their data at any time by emailing their support contact.
