Acceptable use

You agree to use DarnaCRM only for lawful business operations, to keep your account credentials confidential, and not to attempt to access other tenants' data.

Subscription & billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually as agreed. You can cancel at any time from settings; we do not issue partial refunds for unused time on a paid period.

Your data

You own the data you enter into DarnaCRM. We process it to provide the service and offer export and deletion on request.

Third-party integrations

WhatsApp, email, and other integrations are provided by third parties. Usage is subject to their terms, and availability is not guaranteed by us.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to the tenant owner.
